Yesterday, September 16, 2009, I recieved the following email from Jean Mitchell.

Jesse, I received a telephone from Loretta Lee
Monday. She said for me to let her "brag" a little about their grandson, Marcus, who is 18 yrs. old.
He won a scholarship to West Minster in Princeton, N. J. for Opera school. She stated laughing that he was not gay!!
She is sooooooooo proud of him. I think she said it was for $48,000.00 dollars. He plans to be a Metro Opera Singer
someday. He graduated from Trinity Christian Ac. and she said who he had as a voice teacher, etc. They are so
proud of him and she wanted YOU to know about him. His name is Marcus Bland........Remember that name Jesse. Maybe
some day we will hear his name. She did not say anything about others knowing, she only mention your name. She
said to tell you for she wanted to BRAG!! I can understand that. Take care of
yourself. Buck is doing ok. Loretta said! P.S. I can not get off
the oxygen yet, Rehab said for me to continure working after I leave the rehab hospital in three more trips.
But it is up to me. So I will keep on working. I dislike
this oxygen tank. But at night I will always been on it. I can live with that but day time I have to get off of
it. So I WILL WORK on it. Elmer is doing OK. He has to start walking again.
I can be left alone. Jean
